   • Báo cáo & giải trình kết quả kinh doanh hàng quý/năm trước HĐQT

1. Kinh nghiệm làm việc:

   • Vị trí đã đảm nhiệm: Do yêu cầu của vị trí, chúng tôi dành sự ưu tiên cho ứng viên đã kinh qua các vị trí ở cấp quản lý, cấp giám đốc hoặc điều hành. Am hiểu sâu sắc các hoạt động quản trị, quản lý tài chính, quản lý nhân sự, đặc biệt có thế mạnh về quan hệ đối ngoại, chăm sóc khách hàng, xây dựng thương hiệu, chiến lược truyền thông, marketing & quảng cáo.
   • Dự án đã tham gia: Chúng tôi đặc biệt đánh giá cao các ứng viên đã từng được tín nhiệm tham gia vào các dự án sản xuất kinh doanh, dự án đầu tư nội bộ, các chương trình giảng dạy hoặc các dự án bên ngoài liên quan đến cộng đồng, môi trường hoặc phi lợi nhuận.
2. Kiến thức chuyên ngành:
   • Chuyên ngành đào tạo: Ưu tiên các ngành (chính quy) về quản trị kinh doanh, kinh tế đầu tư, tài chính ngân hàng, kiểm toán & luật.
   • Các khóa học: Điểm (+) dành cho những ứng viên luôn tự hoàn thiện, tự nâng cao năng lực & phát triển nghề nghiệp của mình thông qua các khóa học chuyên đề hoặc bổ sung thêm các bằng cấp có liên quan.
   • Công trình nghiên cứu: Không có yêu cầu.
